Shipping & Returns
We ship domestic (US) items USPS First Class whenever possible, and typically ship the day after purchase (except when purchasing on weekends or holidays).
In cases where USPS First Class weight limits are exceeded, we will ship domestic items USPS Padded Flat Rate.
All packages are sent with tracking numbers. Once your item is processed for shipping, the tracking information will be emailed to the email you used to make the purchase through PayPal.
All International items are shipped USPS International First Class.
We aim to make our customers happy! If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately with pictures of the issue in question.
For processing refunds/replacements we ask that you ship the item back (at your cost) with tracking information. Once we have received tracking information and see that the item is in the mail and on its way, we will immediately refund your money or ship out a replacement (provided we have the stock to do so).
Unfortunately we do not currently accept returns or refunds for International orders.
